Who processes your data

The Linksingle operator and controller of its separate newsletter is Jiří Tregner, IČO 01826298, Pod hájovnou 524, Nebušice, 164 00 Praha 6. Contact: records@housemagazine.cz. For artist subscriptions, the controller is the producer identified beside the form by legal name, address and contact email. Linksingle provides collection, confirmation and storage for the producer. Producers only access their own confirmed subscriptions.

What data and why

We store your email, language, selected release, consent wording and scope, and sign-up, confirmation and unsubscribe times. We use these for your selected purpose: news from that artist. Automatic release reminders and producer sending are currently disabled.

Subscribing is optional and is not required to open music links. It activates only after email confirmation. Sending is based on your consent; we keep a record of consent and withdrawal to document your choice and address possible claims.

Separate Linksingle subscription

An optional unchecked choice subscribes you to Linksingle service news and music tips. Artist subscriptions do not depend on this choice. You enter the master Brevo list only after opting in and confirming your email. Earlier artist consents are not copied. Each subscription has a separate unsubscribe link; producers cannot access the master list.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides infrastructure and spam protection; Brevo provides email delivery and separate subscriber lists. Turnstile processes technical data to verify visits. Retention

In Linksingle, your contact remains while your subscription is active. Unconfirmed contacts are removed after 30 days. Unsubscribe removes you from the relevant mailing list; the choice record is retained for up to 2 years, with pending list removal completed first. This applies to Linksingle records. Other independent subscriptions with this operator in Brevo are unchanged.

Unsubscribe and your rights

Unsubscribe without signing in using the link in an email or on the confirmation page, or contact us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You may lodge a complaint with Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.
