Creator accounts and content
We process sign-in and contact details, account identifiers and saved smart links, profiles, photos, booking details, business contacts and private audio. Purposes are service delivery, access control and abuse prevention. Google Firebase handles authentication; passwords are not stored in the Linksingle database. Photos and booking details become public when the profile is published.
Fans and business contacts
Fan subscriptions have separate consents and a dedicated privacy page. Producers only see their own fans. The business promo directory is separate and is not automatically sent to Brevo. You must have an appropriate purpose and authorization for contacts you add.
Public link statistics
Our counter aggregates daily views and clicks by link and source channel. The statistics database stores no visitor identifier, full referrer URL or IP address. It uses no analytics cookies or fingerprinting. Counts are not unique people. Infrastructure providers may process technical request data to deliver and secure the service.
Private promo and feedback
An access session protects private audio. Optional open, play-start and download-request measurement starts only after the recipient’s separate choice and can be turned off. Events can be linked to an invitation and recipient; they are not anonymous statistics. The sender and authorized team also see feedback you submit. Events do not confirm a full listen or broadcast.
Providers and international transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting, database, private storage and Turnstile. Google/Firebase handles authentication. Brevo delivers confirmation emails and manages separately opted-in Linksingle subscriptions. Providers may use infrastructure outside the EEA; their documentation describes terms and safeguards. External photos may contact origin servers. Icons are local. Music links open when clicked.
Legal bases, retention and rights
Accounts and content support the service you request. Abuse prevention and resolving claims protect legitimate interests. Optional subscriptions and measurement use separate consent. Content remains while used in an account; request account and personal-data deletion by email. We verify requests against unauthorized deletion. Necessary claim records may remain for the required period. Specific fan retention periods appear on the dedicated privacy page.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, withdraw consent and object to legitimate-interest processing. Requests are handled according to their nature and legal conditions. You may complain to the Czech data protection authority.
